SEARCY, Ark. – The RiverHawks were unable to duplicate their seventh-inning comeback from earlier in the day on Friday night as they fell to Harding, 3-2, in the second game of the Harding Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lady Bison took an early lead, as they scored two runs in the second inning. Briley Feringa singled with one out, and later scored when Nicole Shano reached on an error by the second baseman. After a walk and a strikeout, Lindsey Duncan singled to score Aidan Nichols.
NSU responded in a big way in the top of the third, as
Meghan Low led off with a single to right field. She didn't have to wait long to score, as
Megan Green hit a triple to right-center field to cut the Harding lead to 2-1. Green then proceeded to steal home, sliding under the tag to tie the game.
The Lady Bison scored the decisive run in the bottom of the fourth when Nichols led off with a walk. After Fraley came on to pinch run, Shano singled up te middle. Lochala followed with a single to left field to load the bases for B. Wagner, who worked the count and drew a walk to force in the go-ahead run.

Brittany Beaudet pitched three scoreless innings of relief ball, scattering three hits and walking one batter.
