TAHLEQUAH -- Northeastern State heads to Lubbock, Texas to play two neutral-site contests at Lubbock Christian on Thursday and Saturday to close out a four-match road trip. 

The RiverHawks (1-3) have gotten off to a fast start in three matches with a goal in the opening two minutes; two of them have come under 30 seconds from the opening whistle. 

This week's matches will be the final non-conference matches with GAC/MIAA play starting next.

History with the Saints
Northeastern State has not faced Saint Martin's previously, and it is the only opponent this season that the RiverHawks will see for the first time. 

Scouting the Saints
- St. Martin's has opened the season 1-3 and last played on Sept. 11, hosting Sonoma State to a 4-1 loss.
- Through four matches, St. Martin's is averaging a goal per match and is getting outshot 18-to-8 per outing.
- St. Martin's was picked to finish fifth in their preseason poll.

History with the Mountain Lions
Northeastern State has faced UC-Colorado Springs just once in 2010 and won that contest 3-2 in Tahlequah. 

Scouting the Mountain Lions
- Through three matches, UCCS has won, lost, and played to a tie.  They have played an NSU familiar foe, Newman, and bested the Jets 3-2 in Colorado. 
- The last action for UCCS came on Sept. 10 in Kansas City, with Rockhurst beating them 4-1. 
- UCCS has played a man down during two matches this season in red cards being flashed twice already.  Three of the team's four goals are the result of penalty kicks.
