RiverHawks set to defend RJGA Palm Valley Classic title

TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State women's golf will defend its team title this weekend at the RJGA Palm Valley Classic hosted by Western New Mexico at the Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Ariz.

The RiverHawks rallied from a ten-stroke deficit in the final round in 2022, with Kaylee Petersen making all-tournament for a top-five finish. NSU will enter this year's 23-team field on a two-week break following a sixth-place finish at the Midwestern State Invite in Texas. 

NSU is the lone team from the MIAA in the field to be competing in Arizona.
