88 Student-Athletes Receive Division 2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards

CLEVELAND -- The Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) announced Wednesday its 2025-26 recipients for the Academic Achievement Awards, and Northeastern State is among those honored.
 
The D2ADA announced 179 institutions and more than 21,000 total student-athletes were honored. To qualify, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, have attended two years of college, and have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during this past year.
 
Northeastern State had 88 student-athletes make the prestigious list, among more than 1,200 in the MIAA. Baseball led the program with 21, with women's soccer second with 17.
Historically, 211,256 total student-athletes have been recognized since the inception of the awards program
