TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Northeastern State volleyball fell to Central Missouri in three sets Saturday at the NSU Event Center, dropping a 25-13, 25-8, 25-16 decision in Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association play.
The RiverHawks recorded 17 kills and five blocks in the match.
Ceylin Sar led Northeastern State with four kills, while
Ashlyn Tag added three.
Sydney Dunkleberger finished with 10 assists, and
Jordyn Berger led the team with 10 digs.
Central Missouri totaled 47 kills and hit .372 as a team. Kaelyn McDonald paced the Jennies with 11 kills, while Maya Fergerson added 12.
Northeastern State moves to 1-11 overall and 0-2 in MIAA play. Central Missouri improves to 9-5 overall and 2-0 in conference action.
The RiverHawks return to action Tuesday when they travel to UA Fort Smith.
