TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State is back at home for a three-game stretch that begins Friday against No. 6 Pittsburg State, followed by a match up with Emporia State on Sunday.

The RiverHawks (5-2-1, 1-1 MIAA) are aiming for their third straight home win on Friday in a rematch of last season's MIAA Quarterfinal, when NSU eliminated the top-seeded Gorillas. Annabella Trotter leads NSU with 11 points (4 goals, 3 assists), while Mya lynn Tran has two goals and two assists. Goalkeeper Juliette Langlet has two shutouts and is third in the MIAA with 5.38 saves per game.

Pittsburg State (8-0, 1-0 MIAA) leads the MIAA with 2.87 goals per game and has yet to allow a goal this season. The RiverHawks hold a 2-1 advantage in the all-time series against the Gorillas, and this will be their second meeting in Tahlequah.

Emporia State (5-2-1, 2-0 MIAA) is off during the school week, with its last game played on Sept. 20 against Fort Hays State. The Hornets are on a four-game winning streak, outscoring opponents 15-3. Northeastern State has won the last two meetings and leads the all-time series 9-8-2.

Friday's game kicks off at 7 p.m. and Sunday's match starts at 1 p.m.
