Biography

Dean was a four-sport letter winner at Ft. Gibson High School. For Head Girls basketball coach Jerry Walker, Dean averaged 14.2 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. The Tigers were 101-12 during Dean’s tenure and made four straight state tournaments that included three runner-up finishes. She was a four-year letter winner, four-time All-Conference, three-year Conference MVP, four-time Muskogee Phoenix All, Area Team, 2006 Muskogee Phoenix Female Athlete of the Year, three-time state tournament All-Tournament Team, a McDonalds’s All-American Nominee, OGBCA and OCA All-State in 2008. In the pool, Dean was a four-year letter winner, a three time Ft. Gibson Outstanding Swimmer, eight-time Individual Conference champion, four-time state qualifier and finalist and a medalist ... two-time Tulsa World Swimmer of the Week and a OCA All-State selection in 2008. In the classroom, Dean is on the Principal’s honor role and carries a GPA of 3.38. She also excelled in track and Cross Country.
