Jessica White, 5-9, senior guard from Tulsa, is the daughter ofLarry & Betsy
White.
White, a health and physical therapy major, is a three yearstarter for the
RiverHawks, averaged 6.2 points a game last year pulling down3.8 rebounds per
game. She was a Lone Star Conference Player of the Week hersophomore year.
During her Jenks High School career as a freshman she receivedspecial
recognition in the Frontier Conference. Sophomore season she washonorable
mention third baseman in softball for the Frontier Conference andwas a member
of the Class 6A state championship team.
As a junior was a first team Frontier Conference All-Conferencethird baseman.
In basketball White was a second team selection on the Bestof The Best
All-Tournament squad and was a third team All-Frontier Conferenceteam, while a
member of the state runner-up team.
White's senior senior she was a first team member of the JenkInvitational
All-Tournament team, an Oklahoma Girls Basketball CoachesAssociation and OCA
All-State selection, along with a second team pick on the TulsaWorld All-Metro
team and Daily Oklahoman All-State team. She also played in theOklahoma-Texas
game.
In AAU competition, she played on the 2005 17-under nationalchampionship team
Air Starr in Orlando, Fla., and in 2005 Junior Olympics championwith the OK
Pride in New Orleans 2004 state champions, '05 runner-up and '06state
quarterfinalist.
