NORTHEASTERN STATE – A returning letterwinner . . . has played in eight career games with one start . . . owns nine career tackles . . . made a career-best five tackles against Southwest Baptist (Nov. 2, 2013).
 
Freshman (2013) – Competed in eight contests and made one start against Southwest Baptist . . . finished the season with nine tackles, all coming in the final three games . . . made a season-best five stops against SBU and had three tackles against Lincoln . . . named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
High School – A three-year starter at Claremore HS . . . honored as the District 5A-4 Defensive Player of the Year as a senior, and also landed on the OCA Class 5A All-State squad . . . made 505 career tackles, including 192 senior year . . . was named to the Tulsa World All-VYPE Team senior year . . . also finished with 23 rushing TD’s . . . played 33 straight games.
 
Personal – Majoring in human and family sciences . . . son of Bill and Pam Cunningham . . . born June 7, 1994 . . . older brother Josh is also a member of the NSU football team.
