Biography

Martinez is a tough player to defend with his ability to play the post, but also can step out to the perimeter and shoot.  The RiverHawks will need him to play well this season to be successful.

 

2007:  Appeared in all 26 games averaging 11 points and pulled down a team high seven rebounds per contest.  Martinez was 102-188 from the field fro 54 percent for the year and was 69-83 from the free throw line for 83 percent. Led the team in blocks with 26.

 

Martinez is a Liberal Studies major.
