TAHLEQUAH – The softball team and RiverHawks Park will host an Elite Winter Softball Camp and Showcase on December 6 on the campus of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.

NSU head coach Clay Davis, assistant coaches Jessica Boone and Jessica Schuler, and current student-athletes will provide guidance of hitting, throwing, catching, fielding, and base running and insight on the recruiting process. The day will include position break down, hitting, baserunning, and scrimmages.

The showcase is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is designed for 7th through 12th grade aged players seeking a highly competitive level.

The cost for each camper is $100 and must be received by email a week prior to the camp. To register, send the form to Jessica Boone at boone03@nsuok.edu. Additionally, enrollment is capped at 60 campers. Attendees must bring their own glove, bat, cleats, tennis shoes, helmet, and water.
