TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State Golf Coach Scott Varner announced the signing of Ines Diaz Wednesday.  Diaz will join the RiverHawks' women's golf team in the fall of 2023 as an incoming freshman.  

The native of Madrid, Spain, held a scoring average of 76 in her last 25 rounds, holding a -1.0 handicap.   Diaz finished runner-up at the 2022 Copa Alianza WAGR and was tied for first in the Madrid State Courses Junior Ranking. 

Diaz is the fourth signee for the RiverHawks, joining Laia Llorens, Jessica Parker, and Chole Williamson.
