NORTHEASTERN STATE COACH LARRY GIPSON
Opening Statement…
"We're not just coming up short, we're getting beat badly. We have to look at everything as a team and I have to look at our game preparation and determination. We're too careless and too loose with the basketball. We turn it over way too much. We didn't execute offensively, and we insisted on driving it in too deep rather than making the first pass. We didn't make many extra passes today. I didn't think we started the second half very sharp. I'm not sure what the answer is. Big, physical teams really bother us. Until we get our personnel healed up a little bit, I think they will continue to bother us. We have to do a better job."
