TAHLEQUAH -- Northeastern State Baseball coach Jake Hendrick announced Monday the dates of the Winter Skills Enhancement Camp and Showcase, as well as the Weekly Instructional Camps.

The Winter Skills Enhancement Camp and Showcase will feature a Q&A session for parents with Coach Hendrick about the NSU Baseball program recruiting, NCAA Rules, and other topics. It will also include various instruction segments and a pro-style workout.

The Skills Camp and Showcase will be done in two sessions, Dec. 14, 2019,and January 11, 2020. The cost is $65 for one or $100 to attend both sessions. Check-in for both sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m. with camp starting at 10 a.m. Walk-ups are welcome but will be subject to a $10 fee.

The Weekly Instructional Camps are geared toward player growth as opposed to player evaluations. This camp will provide weekly feedback that allows players to go and work on their own each week to improve their game either offensively or on the mound.

The Hitting Camps will be held on January 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 10 a.m. until noon. The Pitching Camps will be held on the same dates from noon until 2 p.m. The cost is $100 for all four sessions.
