TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State women's tennis returns home on Sunday to host Angelo State for the first time in program history.
Sunday's match was originally set for Friday, but it was rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Northeastern State faced Angelo State once in 2020, with the Rambelles winning 5-2. ASU comes into the match ranked No. 20 in the national rankings, and afternoon a 4-3 setback to Mississippi College, they have won their last three.
The RiverHawks are 3-2 overall and suffered two setbacks in Dallas last weekend. Northeastern State is 1-0 at home, beating Arkansas Tech 4-3 on Feb. 9.
