WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Northeastern State could not make up any ground Tuesday finishing its regular season in seventh place at The Mule.
The RiverHawks shot a nine-over, 289 score and a had three-round total of 859, making 159 pars and 40 birdies on the par 70 course.
Carlos Gomez and
Gabe Replogle both landed an eagle on the tenth pin. On Tuesday, Replogle turned in the low round with a 71 and was tied for 27th place, scoring a 216 (72-74-71).
Gomez and
Brett Wilcoxen were tied for 22nd place, carding a 215; both players scored 73 in the final round.
Christian Yanovitch turned in a 218 (72-74-72), tied for 37th in his debut.
Brayden Strickland scored a 222 (79-69-74) and was tied for 60th place.
Northeastern State will head to MIAA Championships on April 18-20 on the WinterStone Golf Course in Independence, Missouri.
