NORTHEASTERN STATE – A two-year letterwinner . . . has played in 18 career games with two starts . . . owns 18 career tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss for 21 yards . . . made a career-best four tackles against both Bacone College (Aug. 27, 2011) and Nebraska-Kearney (Sept. 10, 2011) . . . has one career fumble recovery, coming against Lincoln (Nov. 3, 2012) . . . began his career as a defensive end and was converted to tight end prior to his junior season . . . named to the 2012 MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
Sophomore (2012) – Saw action in eight games and made one start . . .  finished the season with four tackles . . . made two stops against both Missouri Southern State and Lincoln . . . posted 1.0 TFL for 17 yards . . . had a fumble recovery against the Blue Tigers . . . missed the Emporia State and NWMSU contests . . . started the season opener against Pittsburg State . . . was a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
Freshman (2011) – Played in 10 games and made one start as a true freshman . . . made 14 tackles (five solo, nine assisted) on the season, including 1.5 tackles for loss for -4 yards . . . made four tackles in his first-career game against Bacone College . . . also had four stops against Nebraska-Kearney . . . earned his first-career start against UTSA . . . recorded three tackles against Oklahoma Panhandle State . . . missed contests against East Central and Arkansas-Monticello.
 
High School – Named an all-star senior year at Gore HS . . . was the District A-7 MVP senior year and was also named all-conference in football, basketball and baseball.
