ST. JOESPH, Mo. --
Gabe Replogle matched his career-low round as the RiverHawks are tied for fifth place at Missouri Western's Holiday Inn Express Classic Monday.
The sophomore carded a 69 to put Replogle tied for second place and just one shot back of the lead.
Two inches of rain overnight condensed the tournament to 36 holes, with play not starting until after 1 p.m. at the St. Joseph Country Club.
Northeastern State carded a 295 and made a late push up the leaderboard with a nine-under on the back two pins.
Dominic Stevens and Replogle both would have an eagle during that run.
Stevens would turn in the second-lowest score for NSU with a 73 and is tied for 18th place.
Carlos Gomez shot a 76 and is tied for 35th.
Brayden Strickland and
Ryan Morant both had 77s and are tied for 44th overall.
Central Oklahoma had 24 birdies, nine more than the next team, and holds an eight-stroke lead over Winona State, scoring a four-under 280.
Northeastern State will return to the course Tuesday for the final round slated to start at 9 a.m.
